As an employee of an agency that provides waiver services, you are required to meet certain training requirements. Select from the options provided to access some of the required training. To receive credit, you must show proof of training with a certificate, questions/answers, etc.
You may need Adobe Acrobat Reader for some of the training. If you do not have that software, you can download it for free from http://www.adobe.com/reader.
If you are a Supported Living Coach, you must have a total of 8 hours of training every year covering some aspect of supported living. You may use some of the training here, training provided through Delmarva, APD Area Training Information, APD Provider Training, APD at TCC, or other training provided by qualified, approved trainers.
Lesson 1 - an overview of Person-Centered Planning. Print out and complete the certificate when you have completed Lesson 1. Submit your certificate to the office for credit.
Lesson 2 - a description of the process for Person-Centered Planning. Print and complete the exercise at the end of the lesson and then check your own answers. Submit your answers to the office for credit.
