As an employee of an agency that provides waiver services, you are required to meet certain training requirements. Select from the options provided to access some of the required training. To receive credit, you must show proof of training with a certificate, questions/answers, etc. You must provide this proof to your employer.

Pre-Hire means you must have these requirements fulfilled PRIOR to beginning work. Pre-Service and In-Service means you have a certain amount of time to complete the requirements during your probation period, usually 30-90 days.
