You may select any of the topics listed to read either online or by printing them. Some of the articles are found on the web and some are in .pdf format. When you have finished reading the information and to get credit, you will need to either print a certificate or answer questions. For articles on the web, print the certificate to show you read the article. For articles in .pdf format, print the questions, answer the questions, check your answers, and then submit your answers to your employer.

You may need Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to print and answer the questions about each topic. If you do not have that software, you can download it for free from http://www.adobe.com/reader. Once you download the Acrobat Reader, then you can use the links here that may require Acrobat Reader.  You may also need Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint, version 2003 or above.  You can purchase these from Microsoft.
